Thanksgiving means rivalry week for college football, and so far, the games have not been disappointing. On Friday, #3 Arkansas jumped out to a 14-0 lead against #1 LSU, but then LSU outscored the Razorbacks 41 to 3 to win the game. In an interview with Bill Littlefield, Dan Wetzel of Yahoo! Sports said there’s little doubt at this point that LSU is the best team in the nation.

“They’ve beaten seven ranked teams,” Wetzel told Bill. “So I don’t think there’s any question they have the best resume. They are in a position now where they can easily lose next week’s Southeastern Conference championship game and advance to the BCS title game anyway.”

Wetzel also offered his thoughts on other weekend rivalries worth watching.
